In Care of Magical Creatures, you will learn about creatures in the Wizarding World. Some may be very dangerous, so listen to directions before handling or feeding them.

All Quidditch games will be played here. When there is not a game or practice going on, feel free to just fly around the pitch or throw a few quaffles.

You will learn how to fly and control yourself on a broomstick. If you want to play Quidditch this might be a good class for you to take.

There is a garden just South of the Forbidden Forest. You can come here to get away from everything or study. The garden is complete with a pond where many ducks make their home. There are a couple of wooden benches set up around the pond, and a huge garden surrounds the whole thing.

Behind the Castle is a dark and in some parts, unknown forest. The paths are very hard to see due to centuries of mold and wear. If you get off of the path you may never get out of the forest alive. Many dangerous creatures live here, including acromantulas, centaurs, and Hippogriffs.You may even find some werewolves and vampires out and about at night.

The Lake is located behind the castle. Its appoximately a half-mile in diameter, and home to the infamous giant squid. No picture please....

The lawns are a great place to come on a nice sunny day and study, and there are plenty of trees for spying. Just dont get caught! Its also a good place to come and make some friends if you are a new student. Lookout for squirrels though, it has come to my attention that they are evil and are looking to take over the wizarding world.

It is said that this path is so long that yu could walk for 74 years and find nothing but more path in front of you. No one has ever made it to the end. As you walk, you will notice bones and uneaten food discarded at the road's edge. The occasional shreak fills the muggy air, but please feel free to walk around. Just don't stray to far. You may never make it back.

A gigantic tree that is both violent and a secret passageway. The tree was planted over 30 years ago to hide the entrance to the supposdely haunted Shrieking Shack. The only way to get in without getting bloodied up too bad is to poke a certain knot in the tree with a long stick or branch. This will temporarily paralyze the tree, and you can be on your way into the Shrieking Shack!

The bottomless pit was apparently made in the schools first year. Nobody really knows why, all they know is if you go in it, youre never coming back out. The pit is about 5 feet in diameter. You can look in it, but be careful not to fall in.

Located in front to the border of The Forbidden Forest, the Gamekeeper lives a small hut. A massive pumpkin patch is just outside, waiting for Halloween to arrive so that the pumpkins can be made into jack o'lanterns.
