Before you can own a magical creature, you must register it with the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. This will help us with species control and will give us an easier way to regulate the amount of dangerous species in households.

Note: Please know that if you own a dangerous creature and it attacks and/or kills someone, you will be held fully resposible. If you want to own one, keep it under control.
